No Collection of Information from Children
The Site is not intended for users under the age of 18, nor does Ebizprogram knowingly collect or retain Information in connection with the Site from children under the age of 18.
Use of Information
Ebizprogram may use Information collected in connection with the Site in the following ways:

* To enable users to enter prize promotions and receive prizes from Ebizprogram and/or third parties

Wireless Policy
Pursuant to the above, Ebizprogram may use Information to provide the services requested by a user, including utilizing a provided cell phone number for voice communication with the user and services that display customized content and advertising via SMS messages sent to such provided cell phone number. In addition to any fee of which a user is notified, the user’s provider's standard messaging rates apply to Ebizprogram’s confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. A user may opt-out and remove the user’s SMS information by sending "STOP", "END", "QUIT" to the SMS text message the user has received. If a user removes SMS information from Ebizprogram’s database through this method, it will no longer be used by Ebizprogram for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by Ebizprogram to send promotional correspondence to you.
All standard messaging charges are billed by and payable to the user’s mobile service provider. Ebizprogram will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from the user’s network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.
Newsletter
By submitting Information, a user agrees to receive a third party newsletter from Ebizprogram.com as well as any other Ebizprogram newsletters or third party offers that Ebizprogram may choose. There is no cost to receive this newsletter(s). Should a user have any questions or concerns or if such user would like to discontinue receiving mailings from Ebizprogram, simply e-mail Ebizprogram at abuse@ebizprogram.com.
Opting Out from Offers from Ebizprogram
At any time, a user may opt out from receiving future offers from Ebizprogram by following the instructions contained within each marketing communication. Such opting out will not apply to any communications from third parties to whom Ebizprogram may have provided Information regarding the user. Third parties’ use of the Information is subject to such parties’ own privacy policies, for which Ebizprogram shall not be responsible.
Access to Information
Registered users may access their own profiles on the Site at any time. Upon such access, a registered user may modify and correct certain Information contained within that profile.
